When I enter a new environment, I spend time speaking with team members, observing workflows, and mapping how processes operate day-to-day. This immersion lets me identify where the bottlenecks and blind spots actually are.

A new fuel station site required a full operational launch — gas station, convenience store, car wash, car service station, and three food stalls. The site required coordinated planning across vendors, franchisers, contractors, and government offices from the ground up.
My Role
Led the entire lifecycle from bidding stage through to full operational launch at Silanganan Petroleum Corp. — overseeing research, strategy, vendor coordination, staffing, and ongoing operations management.

A multi-unit retail site was underperforming across fuel, convenience retail, automotive, and food operations due to inconsistent processes, limited financial visibility, and underdeveloped commercial strategy.
My Role
Took ownership of day-to-day operations and commercial performance across all revenue streams, with a mandate to drive measurable growth through operational and commercial improvements.

Context
An advertising account management business had significant unexplained billing discrepancies across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok — including four years of transaction backdating and unreconciled charges silently eroding revenue.
My Role
Joined HeavyValue LLC as Account Manager and took responsibility for identifying and recovering discrepancies, rebuilding financial tracking systems, and managing a portfolio of 55 advertising clients.

Served as Safety Officer and Pollution Control Officer across both Northern Gasoline Station and Silanganan Petroleum Corp., leading all regulatory compliance activities over a 7-year period.

AKRLabs OÜ required a large-scale international company event in Lugano, Switzerland — bringing together employees, partners, and external stakeholders. The event demanded full end-to-end ownership across logistics, production, vendor management, and on-site coordination.

Served as the primary event manager at AKRLabs OÜ responsible for all aspects of Arkade Day — from initial concept through to on-the-day execution and post-event review.

Perspective
Travel has taught me the same lessons operations does — things rarely go exactly to plan, and the difference between a good experience and a bad one is almost always preparation and flexibility.
