My approach to operations begins with understanding how a business actually functions — not just how it's supposed to work on paper.

When I enter a new environment, I spend time speaking with team members, observing workflows, and mapping how processes operate day-to-day. This immersion lets me identify where the bottlenecks and blind spots actually are.

Alongside that hands-on learning, I research industry best practices and compare them against current systems. Context

A new fuel station site required a full operational launch — gas station, convenience store, car wash, car service station, and three food stalls. The site required coordinated planning across vendors, franchisers, contractors, and government offices from the ground up.

My Role

Led the entire lifecycle from bidding stage through to full operational launch at Silanganan Petroleum Corp. — overseeing research, strategy, vendor coordination, staffing, and ongoing operations management.

What I Did

  • Conducted market research and competitor analysis to inform bid strategy and site positioning
  • Prepared a detailed bid proposal to secure the franchise agreement
  • Coordinated vendors, contractors, franchisers, and government offices across the build and launch phases

  • Prepared and submitted all environmental compliance documentation to government bodies

Served as the primary event manager at AKRLabs OÜ responsible for all aspects of Arkade Day — from initial concept through to on-the-day execution and post-event review.
